I am a licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW) with over 15 years of experience working with children and families. I received my Master of Social Work degree at Salem State University in 2012.

I offer creative and experiential therapy for children and families who need help managing family conflict, healing from trauma, building resilience to manage life transitions and improving skills to cope with depression and anxiety. I use play therapy, expressive art and mindfulness techniques to help people cope, heal, increase self-esteem and problem solve. I am also trained in the Attachment Regulation and Competency model (ARC), motivational interviewing and solution-focused brief therapy. I am also a registered yoga teacher that specializes in treating trauma, anxiety and depression with yoga poses and mindfulness practices. I am genuine, friendly and strengths-based.
